Enrique Romero – Director
AHe has extensive experience in Spanish football, both in youth development and high-level technical roles. Having come through the youth ranks at Sevilla FC, he pursued an academic degree in Physical Education and Sports Science before becoming a UEFA PRO coach.Director of the Physical Preparation Department of Real Betis Balompiéand acted as a physical trainer in various categories of the club, including the first team in LaLiga and the Betis B in the Second Division. He also worked as a physical trainer in the Xerez CD in the Spanish Second Division. He has also been a professor and coordinator of coaching courses at the Royal Andalusian Football Federation, consolidating his leadership in training.
Daniel Martín Alexandre – Coach
Daniel Martín Alexandre combines professional experience as a footballer with a background in youth development. He trained in the youth academy of Real Betis Balompié where he won the Copa del Rey Juvenil and made his debut in the First Division. He played more than 80 matches with the first team in LaLiga standing out with goals in competitions such as the UEFA Champions League and the Copa del Rey, where they were crowned champions in 2025. He completed his sporting career with stints at clubs such as Cádiz CF, Elche CF, Recreativo de Huelva, CD Atlético Baleares and the Pierikos FC in Greece. He brings to the academy a tactical and technical perspective based on years of professional performance.
Diego Segura – Coach and Sports Psychologist
Diego Segura is distinguished by his competitive experience in different categories of Spanish football and his specialization in sports psychology. He came up through the youth ranks of Real Betis Balompié. He made his debut with the first team in LaLiga facing clubs such as Valencia
CF, RCD Espanyol and Atlético de Madrid. He later played for Deportivo Alavés, Real Jaén and
AD Ceuta in Segunda División B, in addition to a prominent period in the FC Cartagena. Combining his sports career with studies in psychology, he brings a holistic perspective to the mental and emotional development of players in Spain Soccer Academy.
Juande Prados – Coach
Juande Prados brings unique international experience to the coaching staff of Spain Soccer Academy After training in the youth academy of Real Betis Balompié, played professionally in Spanish football with Granada CF, SD Ponterradina and UCAM Murcia. His career also includes experience in international leagues, such as the Belgian First Division with the KVC Westerlo, the Italian Serie B with Spezia Calcio, the A-League australiana with Perth Glory FC and Adelaide United, and the Indian Super League with the Kerala Blasters FC. This diversity of competitive contexts enriches their training approach, providing young footballers with tactical and cultural perspectives on global football.
Ramón Sánchez – Goalkeeper Coach
Ramón Sánchez has a solid track record as a professional goalkeeper and specialized coach. He began his career in the Sevilla FC youth academy, as well as in friendlies with the first team. His career includes professional experience at clubs such as Cádiz CF, Mérida AD, Terrassa FC, Écija Balompié and the SD Compostela, as well as a competitive stage in the Hong Kong Premier Division. After playing in the Third Division with CD Alcalá, he trained as a UEFA PRO coach and worked as a goalkeeping coach in the HK Rangers in Hong Kong. Since 2015 he has led goalkeeper training in Spain Soccer Academy integrating their technical knowledge with a modern vision of the game
